Growing up, the belief to help others has always been ingrained in Faye. Completing her Diploma in Nursing only fortified her beliefs in pursuing a career path that allows her to accomplish that. Her strengths in communication and advisory grew apparent during her course of study which led her to join the recruitment industry upon graduation. In her two-year tenure as a recruiter, Faye gained business acumen and relevant consulting skills which eventually directed her to the financial advisory industry. (Fun fact: Faye was introduced to this industry when she was sorting out her own financial planning!)
As someone who values interpersonal relationships and an engaging work environment, working as a financial planner was the perfect avenue for Faye to have genuine connections with her clients while finding meaning in her job when recommending tailored solutions to their needs. Three years on, nothing beats the satisfaction Faye gets knowing that she has made an impact to the lives of the people around her.
