As a 21st century financial consultant, there are three elements which Dion strongly resonate with.
The first element is to be value-adding to the clients. It is ever more important to be knowledgeable, professional, and competent in devising financial strategy that value-add the clients. The second element is to be customer centric. This means to create a shared experience with the clients, always put the clients' interests first, and be involved in the clients' lives. Thirdly, the last element is hard work. He always belief that sky is the limit and hard work is the rocket that propels one to reach the sky.
With the synergy of these three elements, they had empowered him to qualify for the Great Eastern Life Achievers Club (GELAC) Award in 2019 whilst being a full-time 2nd year student in Singapore Management University, School of Information Systems. Looking forward into the future, Dion strives to continuously value-add and do great for his clients and also, path his expertise forward to his team and to contribute to the society through charitable work.
